Our Story

Our story truly started with just one. Just a single woman finding her passion by working to the bone.

Our Head Chef Ashli and Creator of Peace Of Pie started her cooking career in Seattle, WA. Working multiple jobs at a time just working her way up through eateries, cafes, high end restaurants to traveling cross country with Pie for the People doing major concert and events! (coachella, sturgis just to name a couple =P)

Being born in New Mexico she fused that NM spice with the Seattle gourmet style!

We've been down for a bit due to some personal tragedies but we are back at it and ready to give you, the awesome people of the world, a little taste of deliciousness!
